By accessing and using Aura Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
Aura Intelligence provides B2B lead generation, intelligence, and intent scoring services via a SaaS platform. The information provided is generated by AI models and third-party data sources for informational purposes.
3. User Credits & Payments
The Service utilizes a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are solely for use within the Aura Intelligence platform.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the instant delivery of lead intelligence and data credits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once credits have been added to your account.
5. Use License
Permission is granted to use the lead data for your internal business development and sales outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the data to build a competing lead generation service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aura Intelligence be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
