1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aura Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
Aura Intelligence is a B2B Market Intelligence platform. We provide tools for signal analysis, market trend identification, and assistive drafting workflows. All insights are generated from public data sources for research and productivity purposes.
3. Usage Quota & Subscriptions
The Service utilizes a usage-based quota system (Units). Quota is managed via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Quota units have no cash value and are solely for managing computational analysis within the platform.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service (SaaS) and the instant activation of usage quota, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once analysis quota has been added to your account.
5. Responsible Use License
Permission is granted to use our analysis tools for your internal market research and manual outreach drafting. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for automated spam, impersonation, or building competing analyst tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aura Intelligence be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
